Company Description
Using directional boring and trenching excavation technologies , HLM Communications Inc installs conduits, fiber optic cable, and underground wiring.  Directional boring utilizes specialized machinery to install subterranean conduits with minimal disruption to surface area, traffic flow, landscaping, and structures.  Directional boring enables our crew to alter direction and depth to navigate around existing underground utilities, such as water, sewer, electrical, telephone, cable TV, fiber-optics, and gas.  HLM Communications uses directional boring to bore beneath parking lots, roads, highways, foundations, and railroad tracks, among other structures.  HLM Communications is able to pull back HDPE pipe, PVC pipe, rigid conduit, water lines, cables, phone lines, and fiber optics, once the bore hole has been drilled. Trenching excavation is best utilized in more rural locations, such as along roadways and open fields, where underground utilities are not a consideration.  Typically, our clients consist of utility contractors, wireless phone service providers, and the Department of Transportation.
